伊達ダイアログセミナー ハーバード・トーリングさん、Haavard Thorring

かずほさん　@kazuho14 が、トーリングさんのサーミ人の全身測定の話を日本語に直してくれました。サーミ人の人たちは、核実験時代（１９６０年代）から、全身測定を行っていて、セシウムの内部被曝の調査では世界で一番長い経験があります。

 @kazuho14 has translated the presentation of Mr Thorring into Japanese.  The Sami people has a longest experience of whole body measurement of cesium, since they started the measurement project in 1960s when the atmospheric nuclear experiments were in fashion.

この発表の注目点は、トナカイ肉の規制が、Cs137で6000Bq/kgであったこと（後に3000Bq/kg。主食にする人たちに対しては、600Bq/kg)。 その規制で、測定の歴史がもっとも長いノルウェー北部でのサーミの人たちは、癌が増えていないこと、です。

The main points of this presentation are the permissible level of Cs137 in reindeer meat is 6000Bq/kg (later 3000Bq/kg.  600Bq/kg for basic food products).  With this regulation, there is no detectable increase of cancer in Sami population of Northern Norway, who have the longest history of whole body measurement.
